Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of computer do I need to run your products?
Our products run on computers with Microsoft Windows® version 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, or XP. We do not have Macintosh versions.

IMPORTANT: Because our products present a lot of information on your screen, they are not designed to work on old computers with very low screen resolutions. Your screen resolution needs to be 800 by 600 or more.

If needed, you can attempt to increase your screen resolution as follows: click on "Settings" in your Start Menu, select "Control Panel". Click on the icon labeled "Display". Click on the tab labeled "Settings". The screen resolution is shown on the lower right in a box labeled"Screen Area" or "Desktop Area". Attempt to increase the resolution by moving the slider bar in this box to the right.
Why do you have different versions of VPW Coach for different Video Poker Games?
Separate versions are simple to learn and simple to use, and less expensive than if we combined games in a single version. Most Video Poker players have one or two favorite games, and thus don't need every version.

Why do you provide only Full Pay versions of Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Double Bonus Poker and All American Poker?
These are the high-payout games that are widely available . We believe that you should practice playing only the games that are the most profitable. We are working on a Kings or Better Joker Wild Version for release in 2003.

What version is right for me?
If you have no favorite game already, then Jacks or Better is a good first choice.
Where can I find Full Pay Video Poker Machines?
Skip Hughes' Web Site at
www.vphomepage.com is the best resource for up-to-date information. This is a subscription web site, well worth the cost. Your subscription also includes membership in Skip's video poker mail group, frequented by many knowledgeable Video Poker players.
